Massage Client Appointment Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that we require 24-hour notice of change or cancellation of an appointment, either by phone or email. This will allow enough time to schedule another client.

Clients are billed 100% of the full price for missed appointments and late cancellations. Cancellations due to weather or emergencies are excused if you call prior to your appointment.
